Welcome to Bravo Vizslas
We are a couple of gals from Texas who love to travel and compete with our dogs and think life is a grand adventure. We got our first vizsla in 2000 and tried just about every AKC event out there. We have since acquired and bred a few more and have settled on competing in horse back field trials as well as conformation. We spread our time between Texas in the winter and North Dakota in the summer. In the spring and fall, we travel around the country competing and seeing friends.
Our main goal is to breed and compete with national caliber field trial dogs that are also show quality/champions. Not all of our dogs will be able to compete in this specialized venue. These dogs will make excellent hunting companions as well as be competitive in hunt test, walking field trial, and other hunting sports.
We also breed for excellent temperaments and health. All puppies are socialized thoroughly to bring out the best, balanced temperaments. They are raised in the house and kennel. Learning is encouraged with exposure to new experiences continuously including birds, travel, kids, etc. All puppies are our babies first!
Health is of extreme importance. All breeding dogs are OFA certified, thyroid and von Wilebrand tested. All puppies receive mirochips and have DNA profiles collected before being placed. We provide a 3 year guarantee and offer extensive information and reference material on your dogs health and training issues.
Bringing the most out of our dogs is essential. We will work with you to develop your gun dog or companion dog to its fullest. We want you and your dog to be an excellent team in whatever you choose to participate in. Having good mentors has been important to us and we want to provide hands on training and assistance.
We will ship dogs within the USA and Canada. We often have started dogs for sale as well.
